We are hiring for Team Leader position

Job Responsibilities:

Engaging with various stakeholders to coordinate smooth flow of work.
Training/mentoring staff on the process.
Handling client communications and managing all deliveries of each engagement to ensure the Quality and TAT is maintained.
Mentoring customer service team and ensuring high quality timely deliverables.
Manage and direct the day to day activities.

Job Requirement:

On paper team leader experience is required only in voice process (inbound/outbound)
Excellent working knowledge of Excel is required
B.com/M.com/MBA/CA inter can apply
Experience range can be between 1 to 4 years
Working shifts & days - Day shift & 6 days working
Fluent communication skills.
Salary- upto 5.50 LPA
