Operational Oversight & PEA Expertise: Ensure the team maintains deep knowledge of the PEA product lifecycle, including account openings, closures, and complex in-/out-transfers within the regulatory framework.

Escalation & Complex Problem Solving: Act as the primary lead for resolving high-level issues such as failed contributions, tax implication queries, and discrepancies between contributions and executed amounts.

Targeted Coaching & Guidance: Provide specialized coaching to the team regarding savings plan execution logic, order types, eligibility, and the step-by-step process for handling execution failures.

Regulatory Compliance & Monitoring: Monitor team interactions closely to ensure total accuracy in providing customer assistance for regulatory requirements, including eligibility and transfer conditions.

Performance Management & Analytics: Utilize strong analytical skills to drive team performance against specific product KPIs and ensure strict adherence to banking and taxation procedures.
