Role and  Key responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day work direction to the collections team, conduct workload studies, plan activities, set direction, and supervise and evaluate direct reports
• Review and recommend process changes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal risk frameworks, and privacy laws.
• Define and agrees upon collections strategies with the leadership team.
• Manage the respective collection team, including recruitment, training, and coaching.
• Develops metrics to optimize team performance.
• Drives the team to meet targets related to delinquency and losses.
• Keyb skills and knowledge:
• Should have relevant experience in handling collections team/process
• Aware of KPIs and KRAs

Educational Qualification : Graduation
