About the Role

We are hiring a Team lead -Web Developer / Product Manager who can lead end-to-end product development, drive technical strategy, and manage the complete lifecycle of our web-based leisure management products. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in React and experience handling product responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development of high-performance web applications using React .
• Take ownership of product planning, architecture, and technical execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and roadmap.
• Oversee UI/UX alignment with the product vision.
• Integrate APIs, optimize system performance, and ensure scalability.
• Manage version control, code quality, and release cycles.
• Conduct testing, QA coordination, and bug tracking.
• Mentor junior developers and guide the technical team.
• Ensure alignment with UK headquarters on product updates and expectations.

Required Skills

• Expert proficiency in React (Mandatory)
• Strong hands-on experience in front-end & full-stack web development.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, Redux, REST APIs, and UI frameworks.
• Experience leading or managing product-based development.
• Strong analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to handle end-to-end product ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science / IT.
• Minimum 59+ years of experience in web development.
• Prior experience as a Product Manager / Tech Lead preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global work environment.
