Job Description

  • Assess / underwrite applications and policy cancellations. Such processing includes typing and the addition of applicable data fields. Candidates will be expected to send over completed tasks electronically as required by the process.
  • Ability to comprehend respond to customer queries with immediate resolution to ensure customer satisfaction


  • Conduct daily team huddles to review performance and action plan for the day
  • Ensure daily activities are completed with TAT and reported on a timely basis
  • Daily Weekly Monthly feedback to the team and documenting the same
  • Report performance and statistics through daily and weekly reports submitted to the reporting Manager
  • Be responsible for the teams overall performance.

Ensure timely and effective completion of assigned tasks.

Resolve queries in exceptional situations and escalate them, when required

Compile and publish reports on teams performance on set frequencies (Daily/Weekly/Monthly etc.).

Prepare reports based on the performance scores of the advisors.

Provide the team with a vision of the process objectives.

Motivate and inspire team members not only to achieve but exceed customers expectation by leading them by examples.

Providing regular performance feedback and giving frequent formal and informal coaching sessions for a better productivity

Facilitate problem solving and collaboration.

Conduct quality analysis on the listings processed by moderators, ensure teams quality is up to the set benchmark.

Keep the Managers/Leaders informed of task accomplishment, issues and status.

Prepare team scorecards and other operational reports
