Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead Subscription Sales to manage and drive a team responsible for magazine subscription sales. The role involves team handling, target achievement, coaching team members, and contributing to overall revenue growth.


Important Note:

This role is budgeted up to 35,000 per month only and is intended for a junior Team Lead profile. We are specifically looking for candidates with 12 years of Team Lead experience. Candidates with higher CTCs or significantly higher experience are requested not to apply.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of subscription sales executives

Drive team performance to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

Monitor daily calling activities and sales conversions

Guide the team on effective sales techniques and customer engagement

Handle escalations and support team members in closing deals

Track team performance and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports

Work closely with management to improve sales strategies

Ensure quality customer interaction and retention


Experience Required:

25 years of experiencein sales or telesales

Minimum 12 years of experience in a Team Lead / Team Handling role is mandatory.

Experience in B2B sales, subscriptions, or media sales is an added advantage


Education: Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.


Skills Required:

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Target-driven mindset

Ability to motivate and guide a team

Proficiency in MS Office and reporting


Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am - 6:30 pm (Weekends off, with one Saturday working per month).

Location: Sewri West, Mumbai
