Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Team Lead (Social Media & Branding). The role involves overseeing social media strategy, planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across channels. The Team Lead will manage a team to create innovative strategies, curate engaging content, and monitor campaign performance. Responsibilities also include collaborating with design and marketing teams, analyzing metrics, and staying up-to-date with industry trends to optimize branding and social media outreach.

Key Requirements

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Content Marketing
• Strong skills in Brand Management, Visual Branding, and Creative Thinking
• Experience with Content Curation, Photography, and Videography (Someone to lead by Example)
• Strong Personality and interpersonal skills
• Should be able to balance empathy towards the team and client deliveries
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in an agency is a must
• Can create a work structure, monitor and ensure client deliveries are met
• Experience in architecture, design, or luxury brands is a strong advantage

Mon-Friday | Alternate Saturday

930 am - 6 30 pm
