About the Role
We are looking for a result-oriented Domestic Tours Sales Team Leader to drive revenue growth and lead a team of sales executives handling domestic holiday packages. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, improving team performance, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Domestic Tour Sales Executives
- Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Monitor daily sales performance and conversion ratios
- Implement sales strategies to increase bookings
- Handle key customer queries and escalations
- Coordinate with operations, ticketing, and product teams
- Maintain CRM updates and prepare sales MIS reports
- Conduct training and performance review sessions
