We're Hiring: Team Lead Sales Executive / Marketing Manager

Location: Guwahati( All Areas)

CTC: Up to 4 LPA

Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Sales/Marketing with team handling experience

Role Overview:

As a Team Lead Sales Executive / Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving life insurance business through effective team leadership, local market strategies, and excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team
• Drive life insurance sales in the assigned region
• Set targets, monitor team performance, and ensure consistent achievement
• Plan and execute effective field marketing activities
• Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
• Report sales performance and provide insights to management

Candidate Profile:

• Any Graduate
• At least 2+ year of experience in sales/marketing
• Prior experience in handling a team preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Local market knowledge of Guwahati is an advantage
