Designation: Team Lead
Shift Timing: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST
Shift: US
Location: Vadodara, Gujrat
Experience: 6 Year to 8 Years

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Must have relevant experience in US recruitment for at least 1-2 years.
- Must have experience managing recruiter from 0-3 years exp.
- Go getter and solution finder.
- Must be able to deliver 40-50 (TP/Perm) starts with team on 4 recruiters
- Experience in recruitment via non-conventional sourcing mediums like Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp groups etc. would be plus.
- Good communicator with strong hold in written and verbal communication.
