Key responsibilities:
As the Sales Closing Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a sales team focused on converting qualified leads into successful bookings.
Train and mentor team members on sales tactics, objection handling, and closing techniques.
Track and report daily/weekly/monthly closure metrics to senior management.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive communication and personalized service.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies.
