Job Description Team Leader

The Team Leader will be responsible for managing and coordinating community development activities under the project. The role involves leading the project team, working closely with communities, and ensuring effective implementation of livelihood, skill development, and development-related activities. The Team Leader will coordinate with Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. The position is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Post-graduate degree in Social Work / Social Sciences or related field
• 58 years of experience in community development projects
• Experience in livelihood, skill development, or rural/urban development work
• Ability to communicate in Gujarati, Hindi, and English

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage day-to-day project activities
• Lead and supervise the project team and field staff
• Work closely with communities to ensure active participation
• Coordinate with Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation and other stakeholders
• Support implementation of livelihood and skill development programmes
• Monitor progress and prepare periodic reports
• Ensure activities are completed on time and as per project guidelines
• Address field issues and support achievement of project goals.
