Job Title: Team Lead Quick Commerce
Job Summary:
Team Lead Quick Commercewill play a key role in ensuring seamless
operational execution, client satisfaction, and team scalability in a fast-paced,
high-growth environment. This role involves collaborating closely with top clients,
leading and training junior operations teams, setting up efficient processes,
maintaining detailed documentation, and contributing valuable insights for building
and improving the companys tech stack.
The ideal candidate should be hands-on, process-oriented, and capable of thriving in the
dynamic world of quick commerce, where agility, precision, and speed are critical.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Client Management & Relationship Building
Work closely with top clients (brands, aggregators) to understand operational
requirements and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, managing escalations
and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations and improve
overall satisfaction.
2.Team Development & Scaling
Mentor, train, and support junior team members to ensure high productivity and
adherence to operational standards.
Develop training modules, SOPs, and onboarding materials to streamline
team growth and efficiency.
Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
within the team.
3.Process Setup & Optimization
Build and Standardize operational processes for fulfillment, inventory, last-mile
delivery, and client coordination.
Identify gaps or inefficiencies and implement automation or process
improvement initiatives.
Work closely with the leadership team to align operations with business goals and
scale sustainably.
4.Documentation & Reporting
Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for operational workflows,
SOPs, and service guidelines.
Track performance metrics (SLAs, delivery accuracy, turnaround time, etc.) and
generate actionable reports.
Ensure all processes are well-documented and accessible for internal audits and
cross-functional reference.
5.Tech Stack Insights & Collaboration
Partner with product and tech teams to provide ground-level insights for building
or improving internal tools and dashboards.
Contribute to automation initiatives, feature improvements, and integration
ideas that enhance operational efficiency.
Participate in product testing, feedback sessions, and data analysis to
optimize platform performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors Degree (UG) or Masters Degree
Experience Requirements:
2-4 years of experience
2 years of experience for candidates with a Masters degree.
Relevant experience inMarketing & Operations Management/Sales,
Consulting, /Team HandlingManagerorTeam Leader (TL).
Strong knowledge of quick commerce operations, including dark store
Analysis, PO, Inventory processes, Paid Campaigns etc.
Proven experience in team training, scaling, and process creation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools; familiarity with
CRM/ERP or internal dashboards is a plus.
