Job Summary


We are looking for a Team Lead IT Staffing who will function as a hands-on Individual Contributor while also leading and managing a recruitment team . The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in C2H / contract staffing , domestic recruitment, and proven ability to deliver closures personally while driving team performance and client satisfaction.


Experience


  • 59 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment
  • Minimum 34 years in a Team Lead role , with strong hands-on hiring exposure
  • Proven experience working as both Individual Contributor and Team Lead



1. Individual Contributor (Hands-on Recruitment)

  • Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for C2H and contract positions
  • Source, screen, and close critical and niche IT requirements
  • Work directly on complex, high-priority, and leadership-level positions
  • Maintain an active pipeline of qualified IT professionals
  • Ensure quality submissions and timely closures as per SLAs


2. Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT recruiters
  • Assign requirements, set targets, and track daily/weekly performance
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions
  • Drive productivity, quality, and continuous improvement within the team
  • Support recruiters in closures, negotiations, and client coordination


3. Contract Staffing & Client Management

  • Manage and deliver domestic C2H staffing requirements
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Act as the primary escalation point for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Understand client hiring needs and provide effective staffing solutions
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business


Qualifications


Education

  • Bachelors degree in IT, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Masters degree is a plus


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong hands-on recruitment and closing capabilities
  • Proven team handling and mentoring skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Deep understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
