Job Title: Team Leader Real Estate

Location: Baner, Pune

Salary: 25,000 to 45,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader Real Estate to join our growing team in Baner, Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on sales experience in real estate, and the ability to drive team performance while achieving sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate sales executives
• Assign daily targets and ensure timely achievement of sales goals
• Handle site visits, client meetings, and negotiations with prospects
• Generate leads and support the team in closing deals
• Monitor team performance and provide regular training and guidance
• Maintain sales reports, MIS, and daily follow-ups
• Coordinate with marketing and management for campaign execution
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship management

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 25 years of experience in real estate sales (team handling mandatory)
• Proven experience as a Team Leader in real estate
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Familiar with Pune real estate market (preferred)
