Brief about the Team :
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team at Tata 1m g, responsible for enhancing our supply chain solutioning efforts. As a Data Analyst, you will be instrumental in driving data-driven decision making, optimizing processes, and uncovering valuable insights

to improve our supply chain operations

What are we looking for:
l Data Crunching and Dashboard Creation: Extract, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to build insightful dashboards and reports for monitoring key performance metrics.

l Automation and Process Enhancement: Utilize G-Sheets, G-Scripts, and other no-code platforms to automate manual processes, improving efficiency and accuracy in supply chain operations.

l Data Understanding and Exploration: Conduct exploratory data analysis to gainin-depth knowledge of our supply chain data, identifying patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

l Data Visualization: Create visually compelling data visualizations using tools like Data Studio and Tableau to communicate complex insights effectively to stakeholders.

l A/B Testing and Experimentation: Design and analyze experiments to evaluate different strategies and identify optimal solutions for supply chain challenges.

l KPI Tracking and Performance Monitoring: Build and maintain performance dashboards to track KPIs and promptly identify deviations from targets.

l Root Cause Analysis: Investigate supply chain issues and inefficiencies through data analysis, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.

l Data Security and Compliance: Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations in handling sensitive information.

l Data Integration: Integrate data from various sources to create a unified view for comprehensive analysis and reporting.
