Lead the team in executing daily operations efficiently ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.Oversee the management of claims processes within the Property & Casualty insurance domain ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Provide guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Utilize MS Office tools to analyze data generate reports and streamline workflows for improved efficiency.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of processes and systems.Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service delivery in night shifts.Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.Develop and maintain documentation of processes and procedures for reference and training purposes.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all operations.Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress challenges and opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process optimization and innovation.Manage resources effectively to meet project deadlines and deliverables.Support the team in resolving complex issues and provide solutions that align with company objectives.
Qualifications
Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel Word and PowerPoint to perform data analysis and reporting tasks effectively.Possess a strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance processes particularly in claims management to drive operational success.Exhibit excellent communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders efficiently.Show adaptability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.Have experience in leading teams in a night shift environment ensuring productivity and morale are maintained.Display problem-solving skills to address challenges and implement effective solutions.
