Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Team Lead - P&C with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Office and preferably domain experience in Auto - Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance. This role requires working from the office during night shifts. No travel is required.
Responsibilities
Lead the team in managing and processing Property & Casualty insurance claims efficiently.Oversee the daily operations of the team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.Provide guidance and support to team members in handling complex claims and resolving issues.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all claim processing activities.Utilize MS Office tools to prepare reports analyze data and track team performance.Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress address challenges and share best practices.Monitor and evaluate team performance providing constructive feedback and coaching as needed.Develop and implement strategies to enhance team productivity and customer satisfaction.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and changes in regulations affecting Property & Casualty insurance.Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members to ensure they are well-equipped for their roles.Handle escalated claims and customer inquiries with professionalism and expertise.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in MS Office for data analysis and reporting.Have experience in AutoClaims and Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus.Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Show capability to work effectively in a night shift environment.Display a proactive approach to team management and process improvement.Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
Certifications Required
MS Office Specialist Certification is required. Certification in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus.
