YOUR ROLE:

A chance to make the difference.

Lead and mentor a team of software developers, including recruitment, training, and performance management.

Collaborate with product management, design, QA, and support to ensure product requirements are met and customer issues are resolved.

Drive sprint planning, estimation, and team alignment to deliver on roadmap goals.

Maintain development standards through code reviews, automated testing, and process improvements.

Monitor software performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage product lifecycle activities.

Foster cross-team communication, continuous improvement, and alignment with overall company strategy.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

3Proven experience in software development with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and quality assurance.

Strong expertise in modern development practices, methodologies, and lifecycle management.

Solid knowledge of C++, Python, experienced in C#/WPF

Experience with 3D modeling

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with proficiency in English Excellent leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and analytical abilities.
