Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Lead-O2C with 4 to 8 years of experience in Finance - Order to Cash. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Order to Cash processes and will be responsible for overseeing the O2C team. This role is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient financial operations and contributing to the companys success.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Order to Cash (O2C) team to ensure efficient and accurate financial operations.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve departmental goals.
  • Monitor and manage the end-to-end O2C process including invoicing collections and cash application.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues related to O2C processes.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the O2C process.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on O2C performance to senior management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure timely payments and resolve any disputes.
  • Utilize technical skills in Finance
  • Order to Cash to optimize financial operations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills.
  • Support the implementation of new financial systems and tools.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in Finance
  • Order to Cash.
  • Demonstrate strong technical skills in Order to Cash processes.
  • Have experience in OrdertoCash AccountsReceivable Order to Cash Order Management and Finance & Accounting.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Show proficiency in financial data analysis and reporting.
  • Display strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Have a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
  • Show commitment to maintaining compliance with financial regulations.
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Be detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Have the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Order to Cash Professional (COCP) or equivalent certification.
