About the Role NLB Services is looking for an experienced Domestic Team Lead in the India/ Domestic staffing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and client coordination, team handling especially for Non-IT domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Non-IT requirements.
• Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of quality profiles.
• Source candidates using job portals, social networks, references, and internal databases.
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on client prerequisites.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients.
• Track recruitment metrics, maintain MIS reports, and update hiring dashboards.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Required Skills & Experience

• 37 years of recruitment experience (mix experience acceptable but majority should be in Non-IT hiring).
• Experience working with client-side hiring teams.
• Good understanding of various Non-IT roles (Operations, Sales, Finance, Customer Support, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet hiring deadlines.

Qualification

• Graduation or equivalent degree in any discipline.
