Medaac Edu Solution is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Lead to manage our Domestic & Abroad Admissions. If you have strong counselling experience and leadership skills in the education sector, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the team.
Provide expert guidance for Domestic & International admissions
Support students with course selection, university applications & visa processes
Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of monthly targets
Train and mentor team members to improve productivity
Maintain strong relationships with universities and partners
Ensure excellent student experience and high conversion rates

Requirements:

24 years of experience in Education Consulting (Domestic & Abroad)
Previous team handling experience preferred
Strong communication, counselling & leadership skills
Knowledge of admission & visa procedures
Target-driven mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
