Vesna Event Crafters is a dynamic experiential travel & events company creating impactful platforms and large-format properties across India. Our flagship IP, VEC Queen of India (Ms & Mrs), is a national women-empowerment pageant celebrating confidence, leadership, and transformation.

As we expand our footprint across cities and digital platforms, we are looking for a driven and well-presented professional to join us in a high-ownership role.

Delhi NCR | Full-Time | 34 Years Experience

This position plays a key role in driving brand partnerships, managing city-level activations, overseeing registrations, and ensuring seamless coordination across marketing, content, and development teams.

Identify and pitch strategic brand collaborations; attend sponsor meetings and represent the platform professionally.

Build and nurture long-term alliances in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and wellness sectors.

Plan and execute offline city auditions in collaboration with local venues and marketing partners.

Track contestant registrations and convert qualified applicants into confirmed finalists.

Oversee social media team timelines and ensure timely posting across platforms.

Coordinate with content writers for regular blog publishing and maintain brand consistency.

Work closely with the development/SEO team to ensure timely website updates, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and promotional campaigns.

34 years of experience in marketing, brand partnerships, event platforms, lifestyle/beauty brands, or related industries.

Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).

Confident and professional in client-facing meetings.

Highly organised with strong execution discipline.

Leadership mindset with collaborative team approach.

Well-groomed and presentable personality.

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration (BBA/BMS), Mass Communication, Advertising & Public Relations, Event Management, Corporate Communication or related field.

MBA (Marketing) preferred but not mandatory.
