Summary
The Team Lead for the Electronic Records Delivery Team (ERD) will lead daily operational activities for all electronic documents and Custodian Portal traffic across the Lexitas
Records Division. This position is responsible for collaborating with onshore ERD leadership to coordinate the day-to-day runningof assigned ERD teams.
Essential Functions
- Lead team members in meeting team goals and metrics and monitoring team member productivity.
- Communicate with onshore ERD leadership on daily records received, ERD needs, and backlogs.
- Monitor and assist with workflow for all ERD inboxes and portals to ensure they are cleared out daily.
- Proactively assist with process improvements to become more efficient and effective in executing the ERD vision.
- Download and review reports and send feedback to team members as needed.
- Review performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics.
- Assist with recruiting, training, and development of the team.
- Safeguards confidentiality of the medical records and complies with all local, state, and federal laws pertaining to medical records. Assures compliance with all HIPAA regulations concerning use, retrieval, storage and sharing of medical records.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products required
- Demonstrated leadership in teamwork, special projects, and complex assignments

Education / Experience:
- Associates degree and/or equivalent experience
- One or more years in Operations and Management experience
- 1 year or more experience in the legal service industry is a plus
- Experience working in multi-function, multi-geography environment preferred.
- Experience collaborating with team members remotely.
- Proven experience designing, building, and managing discrete and/or end-to-end processes.
