• Strong experience in team management and leadership.
• Must have handled a team of 15-20 associates.
• Ability to prioritize and manage day-to-day operations, targets and manage different project activities.
• Ability to provide expert advice and guidance to clients and colleagues.
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks in transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Providing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and managing client expectations.

• Updating daily, monthly reports and trackers
