Team Lead/ Lead Analyst (SQL+Python)

Spectral Consultants is looking for an experienced Team Lead / Lead Analyst with strong expertise in SQL and Python to join one of the US based management consulting organization.

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 4.5-6years (Lead Analyst)

6-12 years (Team Lead)

What Youll Be Responsible For

• Lead and contribute across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Mentor and guide 23 team members on technical and best-practice standards
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders , showcasing strong communication and presentation skills
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues within defined SLAs
• Ensure high standards of quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Stay ahead by continuously learning new technologies and domains
