Job Summary

We are seeking a Full Stack Team Lead with strong expertise in Node.js and Python (including basic AI/ML exposure) along with React.js and Next.js to guide interns and full-time developers. This role involves leading development initiatives, ensuring timely project delivery, maintaining code quality, and attending client calls for requirement discussions and project updates when required.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage both interns and full-time developers.

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Node.js, Python, React.js, and Next.js.

Support and guide the team on basic AI/ML integrations where applicable.

Attend client calls for requirement gathering, clarification, and progress updates.

Review code and enforce best practices, scalability, and security standards.

Plan and manage tasks, timelines, and sprints to ensure smooth project execution.

Troubleshoot issues, optimize application performance, and support deployments.

Required Skills

3+ years of experience in full-stack development.

Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, Python (basic), React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Working knowledge of REST APIs and databases such as MongoDB and MySQL.

Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts or Python-based data processing.

Experience with Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.

Good to Have

Exposure to AI/ML libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, or similar).

Experience with AWS/Azure, TypeScript, or DevOps practices.

Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
