Job Description

Experience required: 2 to 8 years

Job Location: Borivali (West), Mumbai


Team Leading & Delivery Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of recruiters to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Through market intelligence share candidate pool availability, salary trends, competitor availability etc with the Account Manager.
  • Allocate positions based on recruiter potential and priority of the requirements.
  • Guide team on advanced sourcing strategies.
  • Ensure recruiters are maintaining good call quality. Educate the team Why quality call is important.
  • Ensure strong candidate quality check and relevance as per the clients requirement.
  • Ensure team deliver sufficient submissions on each position.
  • Educate team how to build a strong goodwill with the candidates.
  • Train team to convert submissions in interviews, interviews in selection and selection in closure.
  • Ensure proper usage of ATS, job portals, and internal trackers.
  • Conduct daily/weekly delivery reviews, pipeline discussions, and closure.
  • Identify performance issues within the team and take necessary actions
  • Handle client escalations and candidate grievances along with Account Manager.
  • Forecast pipeline and revenue in coordination with Account Managers
  • Track team members resume submissions, conversion ratios, aging positions, closures and billing.
  • Train team to be highly motivated always. Run SWOT analysis of the team quarterly to understand the team and individual strength and weakness.
  • Provide detail report to the business head weekly/monthly/quarterly/Annually.


End-to-End Recruitment Ownership:

  • Understand the requirements received from the Account Manager or Business Head.
  • Identify and source candidates through various job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster), LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Execute headhunting and market mapping for critical and niche positions.
  • Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews to assess technical fit, communication, and stability.
  • Ensure to validate experience, projects, compensation, notice period, and availability for an interview.
  • Ensure consistent call quality standards are maintained.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future mandates.
  • Share relevant and quality profiles with the Account Manager or Business Head within defined TAT
  • Regular coordination with the candidates to align interviews, follow up on feedback, and schedule the further rounds.
  • Ensure accuracy and professionalism in resume formatting and submissions.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for resume submissions, interviews, offers, and closures
  • Ensure offer acceptance, joining confirmation, and post-offer follow-ups
  • Maintain healthy conversion ratios (submission-to-interview, interview-to-offer and offer-to-closure)
  • Ensure submission are getting upload in ATS and updating interviews on a daily basis.
  • Share daily/weekly recruitment trackers and status reports with Account Manager and Business Head.
  • Analyze own performance and submit report to Business Head on monthly basis.
