Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead International Visa Sales to manage, mentor, and drive performance of the visa sales team at our Pune office. The role involves handling end-to-end international visa sales, achieving revenue targets, ensuring high conversion ratios, and maintaining strong coordination with USA operations.

This is a leadership + hands-on sales role, ideal for someone who understands visa documentation, consultative selling, and team management.

Pune, Maharashtra (Work from Office)


Key Responsibilities:

Team & Sales Management


Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Visa Sales Executives

Allocate daily leads and ensure fast follow-ups & closures

Monitor individual & team performance against daily, weekly & monthly targets

Conduct regular product, process & documentation training

Improve lead-to-conversion ratio and average ticket value



International Visa Sales

Handle and guide sales for tourist, visit & business visas (USA, Schengen, UK, Singapore, Thailand, etc.)

Personally manage high-value, complex & escalated visa cases

Provide accurate visa consultation based on client profile

Ensure correct documentation and compliance as per embassy requirements



Coordination & Process

Coordinate closely with USA Visa Operations & Backend Teams

Ensure timely submission, tracking, and updates to customers

Maintain CRM hygiene lead status, remarks, follow-ups, and closures

Reduce errors, rejections, and customer complaints



Reporting & Quality Control

Prepare daily & monthly MIS reports

Track rejection reasons and implement corrective actions

Maintain high customer satisfaction and Google/Trustpilot review standards

Ensure adherence to Rayna Tours ethical and compliance standards


Key Skills & Requirements

47 years of experience in International Visa Sales

Minimum 12 years experience as a Team Lead / Senior Executive

Strong knowledge of visa documentation & eligibility

Excellent communication skills (English mandatory; Hindi preferred)

Target-driven mindset with leadership abilities

Experience working on CRM / lead management systems

Ability to handle pressure and month-end targets


Preferred Background

Travel agency / Visa consultancy experience

Exposure to UAE & Schengen visa processes

Experience working with IndiaUAE markets is a strong plus



Salary & Compensation


40,000 60,000 per month (Depending on experience & performance)
