Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Manager / Team Lead Hospitality Interiors who can lead projects end-to-end, drive design excellence, and manage teams and stakeholders for high-end residential and hospitality interiors. The role demands a strong balance of creative design leadership, technical expertise, project management, and commercial understanding.

A design leader who can think creatively like a designer, execute like a project manager, and operate strategically like a business head.


Key Responsibilities

Lead entire project lifecycle from concept design, design development, coordination, execution to final handover

Head and mentor a multi-disciplinary design team (architects, interior designers, consultants)

Drive design innovation with a strong eye for detail, materiality, and spatial experience

Manage hospitality and luxury residential projects including hotels, resorts, restaurants, premium residences, etc.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams

Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, budgets, and value-engineering proposals

Ensure projects are delivered within timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks

Stay updated with new materials, finishes, systems, and global design trends

Oversee vendor sourcing, negotiations, and performance

Conduct design presentations, client pitches, and review meetings

Ensure compliance with design standards, statutory norms, and quality controls

Key Requirements

Bachelors / Masters degree in Architecture or Interior Design

10+ years of experience in high-end residential and hospitality interiors

Proven experience in handling projects independently from inception to handover

Strong design sensibility with a portfolio of executed luxury / hospitality projects

In-depth knowledge of BOQs, estimates, specifications, and execution methodologies

Hands-on experience with vendor management and material procurement

Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Added Advantages

International working experience or exposure to international projects

Experience in driving a complete vertical (Design + Execution + Commercials)

Strong understanding of project commercials, profitability, and cost control
