Team Lead in Architectural Design + Team Lead in Interior Design + FF&E Specialist (Hospitality & Institutional Projects)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the following Team Leads.

1.Team Lead / Asst. Team Lead in Architectural Design (Hospitality & Institutional Projects): The role involves architecture space planning, conceptualization and presentation, design development, GFC documentation and design coordination for a range of premium hotel and institutional projects spread across the country. The Team Lead will manage the architectural projects, guide and mentor team members, oversee project timelines and ensure delivery of high-quality design solutions. Key responsibilities include efficient project management, client communication, team collaboration, and the development of innovative and functional designs tailored to the unique needs of each project.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or masters degree in architecture design.
• 3-5 years of experience (Preference to those with experience in hospitality and institutional projects).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong command over written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in relevant CAD and Presentation software
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work in and across teams.
• Experienced Candidates, if successful, will be expected to gradually move into project / team leadership roles.

2. Team Lead in Interior Design (Hospitality Projects): The role involves interior space planning, interior design conceptualization and presentation, design development, GFC documentation and design coordination for a range of premium hotel projects spread across the country. The Team Lead will manage interior design hospitality projects, guide and mentor team members, oversee project timelines and ensure delivery of high-quality design solutions. Key responsibilities include efficient project management, client communication, team collaboration, and the development of innovative and functional designs tailored to the unique needs of each project.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of work experience.
• Team Leadership and Team Management skills to guide and support team members effectively.
• Project Management expertise to oversee project timelines and deliver on objectives.
• Strong Design capabilities, with a focus on innovative and functional design solutions.
• Excellent Communication skills (both oral and written) for effective liaison with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in hospitality design essential, with the ability to manage both creative and technical aspects of projects.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Interior Design/Architecture or related fields.
• Proficiency in design software and tools, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and past projects.

3.FF&E Specialist:

Qualifications:

• Minimum experience required 1-3 years.
• Strong proficiency in CAD, Sketchup, photoshop and other design/presentation software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Critical: Selection of FF&E (Materials, Furniture, Light Fixtures, Art & Accessories), Vendor coordination and mood board presentations for Interior design roles is required.
• Experience in hospitality projects preferred.
