Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead - IME with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in MS Excel and proficiency in speaking English. Experience in online or digital marketing is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with night shifts. No travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the team in achieving project goals and ensuring timely delivery of tasks
  • Oversee the daily operations and provide guidance to team members
  • Provide technical expertise in MS Excel to analyze data and generate reports
  • Communicate effectively in English with team members and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement strategies for online and digital marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of online marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project objectives
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Identify and resolve any issues or challenges faced by the team
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and address any concerns
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company

  • Must have strong technical skills in MS Excel
  • Must be proficient in speaking English

  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
