Epiphany IP Solutions, an Intellectual property (Patent, Trademark, etc.) related services firm, is looking for a Team Lead

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Lead/Senior Patent Engineer/Patent Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. This role entails performing comprehensive prior art searches and generating detailed reports. Key responsibilities include conducting Patentability Searches, Invalidation Searches, FTOs (Freedom to Operate), and more. Experience in Infringement Analysis and Landscape Study would be an added advantage. Additionally, the role involves engaging in client communication related to the projects at hand.

Skills Required :

1) Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Preferably Electronics & Communication).

2) 3+ years of experience in Patent Search and Analytics.

3) Proficiency in utilizing both paid and free patent databases.

4) Thorough understanding of US patent laws.

5) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality work.

6) Capacity to complete tasks promptly.

7) Proficiency in MS Office suite.
