About Role

We are looking for a hands-on Team Lead Operations to manage day-to-day activities at a Last mile delivery station. The role focuses on on-ground execution, manpower handling, hiring, training, and ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining key performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon last-mile (EDSP) station
• Ensure smooth execution of dispatch, delivery, and station activities
• Monitor and drive core Amazon metrics at the station level
• Handle manpower planning, hiring, and onboarding of Delivery Associates and Station Supervisors
• Conduct training and ensure proper onboarding of Delivery Associates and Station Supervisors as per SOPs
• Manage attendance, rostering, and on-ground supervision of delivery teams
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and compliance requirements
• Support fleet coordination and basic cost control at station level
• Ensure loss prevention, COD compliance, and audit readiness
• Identify and resolve operational issues in real-time
• Maintain regular coordination with station leadership

Requirements

• Experience in Amazon last-mile / EDSP operations
• Experience in hiring, training, and managing field teams
• Basic understanding of Amazon metrics, compliance, and LP processes
• Strong execution and people management skills
• Ability to handle on-ground challenges and drive performance
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field
