Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Lead - Design, located in Hyderabad. The Team Lead will oversee and coordinate design-related projects, manage a team of designers, ensure timely project execution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include product design innovation, ensuring quality standards, and aligning design goals with business strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Team Leadership and Team Management
• Strong experience in design of tools, fixtures, dies or New Product Development.
• Proficiency in Communication and Project Management
• Expertise in Product Design with a focus on innovation and functionality
• Ability to drive collaboration and effectively manage team dynamics
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Prior experience in a leadership role in the design or manufacturing industry is a strong advantage
• Basic understanding of Physics principles.
