Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Team Lead cum HR. The role involves HR operations, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and handling personnel management. The Team Lead is also responsible for coordinating with teams, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring smooth operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage overall team performance
2. complete HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, attendance, performance management)
3. Manage office administration and ensure professional work culture
4. Develop and implement SOPs and structured workflows
5. Monitor productivity, team quality, and operational discipline
6. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams
7. Maintain proper documentation, MIS reports, and accountability systems
