We are seeking an experienced Accounting Team Lead with strong expertise in Australian accounting standards and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding & Workflow Handover
• Client Relationship Management
• Team Leadership & Development
• Operational & Technical Oversight
• Software Expertise such as- Xero, MYOB, NetSuite, QuickBooks Online
• Adhere to ISOaligned operational policies
• Issue Resolution

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Australian accounting.
• At least 2 years in a team leadership or supervisory role, preferably within a KPO/BPO environment.
• Education & Certifications- Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Professional qualifications preferred: CA / CS / ACCA (Inter or Qualified).
• Proficiency in Australian accounting software: Xero, MYOB, NetSuite, QBO.
• Strong understanding of Australian BAS, GST, Payroll, and bookkeeping processes.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong leadership, peoplemanagement, and teambuilding abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
