Key Responsibilities

Copy Leadership & Strategy

• Own and define brand tone, messaging frameworks, and content direction
• Lead copy for brand campaigns, digital ads, websites, landing pages, and social media
• Translate business and marketing objectives into powerful narratives

Team Management & Mentorship

• Lead, mentor, and review work of junior and mid-level copywriters
• Set quality benchmarks and improve team efficiency
• Provide structured feedback and creative direction

Performance & Conversion Copy

• Write and optimize copy for paid ads, funnels, and landing pages
• Collaborate with performance marketing teams to improve CTR, CVR, and ROAS
• Lead copy A/B testing and iteration

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with designers, strategists, social media, and performance teams
• Participate in brainstorming, pitch decks, and client presentations
• Ensure alignment between copy, design, and brand goals

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience leading or mentoring copy teams
• Strong portfolio covering brand, digital, and performance copy
• Excellent command over language, storytelling, and persuasion
• Ability to handle multiple brands and deadlines
