About the role – Lead a team of counsellors in assigned product/geography to achieve team performance goals

Monitor team input and output using assigned KRA/KPI and take ownership of reporting to all relevant stakeholders

Liase with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of team Maintain team Attendance and Attrition within given targets.

Must have skills: People management Experience as a team leader in Edtech/real estate/BPO Knowledge of excel Knowledge of / Experience with Diallers and CRM systems
