Key Responsibilities Areas:  People/Team management and working towards delivering the required admission targets.  Handling team of counsellors and daily mentoring with Coaching and Feedback for achieving KPI.  Providing daily ongoing performance feedback to enable team members to develop and perform.  Set performance objectives for and with employees, conduct performance review, and provide performance feedback on a periodic basis.  Shrinkage and Attrition management.  Ensuring Schedule adherence and Daily Logins Hour Target is maintained  Assists with the development and/or monitoring of workflow, procedures, and metrics to track employee and department productivity for improvements.  Encourage & motivate team to meet day-to-day admission/enrolment targets.  Quality audits- Working on Quality Insights and thereby improving all aspects related to Quality.  Address Team Members concerns thus emphasizing on the Culture of “We Care”.  Open to Change Management at every phase of his Journey in CD.  Emphasis more on Counselling Improvement Measures involving Empathy.  Involvement in Innovative measures for Counsellor’s improvement which acts as enabler for superior performance.  In detail reasoning for every action taken while counselling a student keeping in mind every Admission is a “WOW” journey.
