Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Team Lead for our B&L department with 6 to 8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and preferably domain experience in Default Report and Analytics related to Mortgage Loans Foreclosure and Claim File services. This role requires working from the office during night shifts.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of professionals in the B&L department to achieve project goals and deliverables.Oversee the creation and maintenance of detailed reports using MS Excel to support business operations.Provide analytical insights and recommendations based on data from Default Reports and Analytics.Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all reports related to Mortgage Loans Foreclosure and Claim File services.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data for business decision-making.Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement.Develop and implement strategies to optimize reporting processes and enhance data quality.Train team members on best practices and advanced techniques in MS Excel.Coordinate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and deliver customized solutions.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory requirements related to Mortgage Loans and Foreclosure.Address any issues or discrepancies in reports promptly and effectively.Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems related to data analysis.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all reporting activities.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel with the ability to create complex formulas and pivot tables.Have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role with a maximum of 8 years.Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Show proficiency in Default Report and Analytics related to Mortgage Loans Foreclosure and Claim File services.Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in reporting.Display the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications Required
Certified Microsoft Office Specialist in Excel Certification in Data Analysis or related field is a plus.
