Job Description: Team Lead (MIS)
Primary Key Skills:
● Expertise in creating reports, Charts, data check using MS-Excel, google Spreadsheets
● Working knowledge in PLX/SQL
● Knowledge on Data Studio, Google App-Script
● Strong MS Office & Google doc skills, especially MS Presentation
● Minimum qualification - Graduate in any discipline
● Experience working with large volumes of data and data analysis. Ability to multitask based on priorities
● 5 to 8 yrs of work experience
● Multiple stakeholder management; Consulting skills; Forecasting skills; Good in analytical thinking, problem solving, Feedback & Coaching Skills
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Provide support and maintenance to existing reports and dashboards
● Creating reports using PLX/SQL and Data Studio
● Generate and provide reports in accurate and timely manner
● Create documentation of all the reports for smooth operation and easy report maintenance
● Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis
● Create automation to reduce the manual effort on reporting
● Generate both periodic and ad-hoc reports as needed
● Understand management problems and provide appropriate technical solutions
● Plan, organize and prioritize work efficiently, multi-task, and work well under pressure with minimal direction.
● Work well with others in team-oriented environment and to gain their cooperation
● Under the direction of the site leads, implement strategies to successfully manage the day to day operations
● Working with team across globe with different stakeholders
● Identifies opportunities for process improvements for direct team
