Team Leader - Channel Sales , you will be the driving force behind executing Bonitos channel strategy on the ground. Youll manage a team of channel executives, nurture partner relationships (architects, designers, builders), and ensure revenue targets are met through a high-performing partner network. This role bridges strategy and execution, requiring a mix of leadership, relationship-building, and operational rigor.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Channel Partner Management

  1. Identify, onboard, and activate new channel partners (architects, interior designers, builders, dealers).
  2. Conduct regular partner meetings to align on targets, promotions, and Bonitos value proposition.
  3. Resolve partner concerns and ensure seamless collaboration with internal teams (design, operations).



2. Team Leadership & Execution

  1. Lead and mentor a team of channel sales executives to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  2. Monitor team performance KPIs (partner onboarding, conversion rates, revenue contribution).
  3. Organize training sessions for partners and team members on product updates and sales techniques.


3. Revenue Growth & Compliance

  1. Execute channel sales plans and incentive programs to boost partner productivity.
  2. Track partner performance, analyze gaps, and implement corrective actions.
  3. Ensure adherence to commercial agreements and compliance standards.


4. Market Intelligence & Reporting

  1. Gather competitor insights and customer feedback from partners to refine strategies.
  2. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on channel performance for leadership review.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 812 years in channel sales, preferably in interiors, real estate, or building materials.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams and drive results through partners.
  • Execution Strength: Hands-on experience in partner onboarding, training, and sales enablement.
  • Skills: Negotiation, data-driven decision-making, and fluency in regional languages (advantage).
  • Education: MBA or equivalent preferred
