Team Lead-CDM/PV

Designation - SME-Learning and development (PV domain)

Location - Mumbai

4-5 years of experience in PV ICSR processing including minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training/ mentoring (additional experience of aggregate reporting, signal/risk management would be helpful)

Good communication and facilitation skills.

R and R

• Curate / create content that relates back to the instructional designing principles
• Creating and updating the training plans
• Training facilitation to the associates for the relevant topics
• Reuse existing content and create new content as required by liaising with SMEs to ensure the learning coverage planned and the learning outcomes defined are met
• Periodic review and updates of the training content
• Ensure effective user experience for overall effectiveness of learning solutions
• Provide information, status updates etc. in a timely manner
• Schedule periodic reviews with the TL-L&D Consulting & Solutions / TM-L&D Consulting & Solutions are relevant stakeholders
