Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of professionals to achieve project goals and deliverables.
  • Oversee the daily operations and ensure the team meets deadlines and quality standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Utilize MS Excel to analyze data create reports and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with company objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or obstacles that may arise.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have strong proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments is highly desirable.
  • Should have excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Should have effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Should have a proactive approach to identifying and solving issues.
  • Must be detail-oriented and organized.
  • Should have the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
