Responsibilities include a wide range of duties that lead to a top-performing organization. While assuming multiple responsibilities simultaneously mixing long-term projects with the urgency of immediate demands, he / she must demonstrate exceptional leadership and effective management in strategy and planning activities.

Job Role

• Work with the wholesale banking team to drive strategic initiatives, and develop operating plans as necessary to deliver short term and long term results
• Develop integrated management & execution plans to support strategic objectives in conjunction with other functions; monitor and report progress against plans to executives
• Work with the central Finance function to prepare Annual Plans 
• Interface between the various functions of the wholesale bank in particular and teams across Kotak in general to ensure strong support for key initiatives, and provide feedback to the stakeholders
• Monthly/Quarterly reviews with Senior Management Team 
• Drive projects resulting in operational and financial benefits
• Manage a team

• Strong academic credentials, with a CA / MBA from a reputed institute
• Experience in strategic  business planning, Financial analysis etc. ideally from a complex management organization
• Ability to define strategic needs of the Business, analyse business strategies, as well as translates into potential productivity goals. 
• Strong management skills & business acumen, appropriate to fast-paced business environment. Able to influence key members of the organization, and cultivate a high-performing team
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communications skills - capable of developing well-structured communications and presentations to large audience
