Role Overview

The Team Leader Design Services is responsible for managing a team of designers and ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery of design outputs. This role combines production ownership with people leadership, ensuring productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction across daily operations.

Must be willing to work only in night shifts.

Timings: Feb 1st to 14th, from 9AM to 7PM

Technical Skills

• Strong in at least one of:
• Embroidery digitizing
• Vector artwork
• Mockups & proofing
• Image editing
• Good understanding of production workflows
• Ability to check and correct team output

Key Responsibilities

1. Delivery & Production Management

• Manage day-to-day production for assigned design teams
• Ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables
• Allocate work based on skills, load, and priority
• Meet daily and weekly turnaround time targets

2. Quality Control

• Review and approve work before final delivery
• Ensure outputs meet defined quality standards
• Reduce rework and revision rates
• Coach team members on quality improvements

3. Team Leadership

• Lead, guide, and motivate designers
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and discipline
• Conduct regular feedback and performance discussions
• Support onboarding and training of new team members

4. Process & Workflow Adherence

• Follow defined SOPs and workflows
• Ensure correct job intake and output format
• Escalate risks, delays, or quality issues early
• Support continuous process improvements

5. Client & Internal Coordination

• Coordinate with:
• Quality team
• Production managers
• Account teams
• Automation team (where applicable)
• Support special or high-priority client requests
• Help resolve production issues quickly

6. Reporting & Metrics

• Track and report:
• Daily production volumes
• Turnaround time
• Error and rework cases
• Team utilization
• Share improvement suggestions with management
