Education: Any Graduation (MBA preferred)
Work Model: Hybrid Minimum 3 days work from office (mandatory)

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Team Lead / Assistant Manager with strong exposure to IT technical hiring, who can independently drive recruitment for multiple business units in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Possess 5+ years of hands-on experience in end to end Technical Recruitment within the IT industry
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer management, negotiation, and onboarding
- Drive both in-house hiring and contract staffing requirements across technologies and experience levels
- Independently manage recruitment delivery for multiple Business Units, ensuring adherence to timelines and hiring quality
- Lead and mentor a small recruitment team, monitor performance, and ensure closure of positions as per business priorities
- Actively source candidates using job portals, social/professional networking, and market mapping
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Business Stakeholders to understand requirements, define hiring strategies, and ensure timely closures
- Handle CTC negotiations, manage candidate expectations, and ensure offer acceptance and joining
- Track candidates through the hiring funnel and proactively mitigate drop-offs and no-shows, especially for lateral hiring
- Ensure compliance with internal recruitment processes, documentation, and hiring metrics
- Deliver results under tight timelines and pressure, managing multiple open positions simultaneously
