Team Lead-Asset Management

Job Overview

Xshore is seeking an experienced Asset Management Team Lead to lead and scale a team of Asset Management Analysts supporting global private equity real estate clients. This role blends hands-on asset management execution with people leadership, quality control, and client coordination. You will own portfolio-level reporting, performance analysis, and forecasting while acting as the first point of escalation for client deliverables. This is a high-impact role for professionals with strong real estate finance expertise and leadership maturity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Asset Management Analysts delivering asset- and portfolio-level reporting.
• Consolidate financial and operational data into accurate portfolio dashboards and reports.
• Track key KPIs including occupancy, rent trends, loss-to-lease, expenses, delinquencies, and budget variances.
• Analyze T12s, rent rolls, budgets, and forecasts to identify performance trends and risks.
• Support portfolio reforecasting, valuation updates, and scenario/sensitivity analysis.
• Maintain debt trackers and monitor DSCR, LTV, debt yield, maturities, and covenant compliance.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Property Management, and Asset Management teams to resolve data gaps.
• Support investor and lender reporting, ad-hoc analysis, and senior leadership presentations.
• Drive process improvements, reporting standardization, and documentation of SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA / CFA preferred ).
• 7+ years of experience in real estate asset management, investment management, or financial analysis.
• 3+ years of experience leading or mentoring analysts or junior team members .
• Strong understanding of real estate metrics: NOI, IRR, DSCR, cap rates, valuations, cash-on-cash returns .
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, dashboards, and scenario analysis.
• Experience with real estate systems such as Yardi, AppFolio, MRI, Argus , or similar platforms.
• Strong communication skills with experience working directly with U.S.-based stakeholders .
• Ability to manage multiple assets, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
