Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead AI Developer based in Coimbatore. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI solutions. Day-to-day tasks include leading and mentoring a team of developers, developing complex AI models, collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, and ensuring timely project delivery. The role requires active engagement in problem-solving and staying updated on the latest AI technologies and trends.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in AI/ML development, including machine learning algorithms, NLP (Natural Language Processing), and computer vision
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks
- Strong team leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring and managing development teams
- Expertise in data preprocessing, data analysis, and building scalable machine learning pipelines
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving technologies and project requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI development
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
- Experience working on real-world AI applications, such as chatbot development or analytics tools, is a plus
